Due to continued growth and expansion of our business, we have a vacancy for an EXPERIENCED CABINETMAKER or BENCH HAND JOINER to join our team, working for one of Yorkshire’s leading fine furniture manufacturers, a family run business based in Skipton. We are proud to be one of Yorkshire’s leading fine furniture manufacturers and will be celebrating 25 years in business in 2023.

This is an exciting opportunity, based at our spacious and well-equipped workshop in Skipton. You will be an experienced maker of fine furniture with exceptionally high standards and enjoy the responsibility of completing projects from start to finish and achieving a result that satisfies the high quality that our customers demand.

You will join a team where you will:

• Be responsible for projects from start to finish
• Work on a variety of projects, creating fine furniture for any room in the house
• Work in a spacious, well-equipped workshop with well-maintained and new machines
• Have your own spacious bench and work area to complete projects
• Work flexible hours
• Receive a share of our profits
• Enjoy a weekly, complimentary sandwich, fruit and haircut every 6 weeks from our hairdresser (if you wish).

• Proven cabinetmaking skills
• Be conscientious, patient, and hardworking
• Have a passion for fine furniture
• An eye for detail
• The ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines
