Out of fashion for a while, wood is now enjoying a big revival, in particular requests for walnut cabinetry. Its rich, dark colour, fine grain and natural warmth are prized by makers for its feeling of instant luxury. We use Sapile, which is in the walnut family, with the same features but a much more sustainable alternative.
